If you have ever been frustrated by the glare from a glazed picture that you don’t really want to de-frame just to photograph, the Photographing Treasured Possessions workshop is for you.

Whether you are an individual wanting to make visual memories for posterity, a record for insurance, or are documenting objects or artworks on behalf of an organisation, in this one hour workshop Andy Tyndall will teach you the tips and tricks that will help you create stunning and successful images using your smart phone, tablet or any other camera.

Participants will need to bring their own camera.

Time:  Session 1: 9.30am-12.30pm.  Session 2: 1.30pm-4.30 pm
Venue: Community Resource Centre, Avon Terrace.
Cost:  Free (priority bookings for Shire of York residents)

About the tutor:  Andy Tyndall professional career has included working at newspapers such as The Australian, the West Australian and various newspapers in the UK.
