Djilba

A joyous celebration of abundance.

From the award-winning dancer and choreographer Floeur Alder, along with sculptor and writer Virginia Ward comes Djilba (Spring): A Moment in Time.

This playful performance filled with movement, poetry, sound and projection is inspired by the ‘Rainbow Coast’ in WA’s Great Southern region and explores Djilba, the Noongar season of transition, growth, and the emergence of new life.

There will be three performances of this work, on the following dates:

Friday 20 September 2024 at 6pm in Avon Park – Supporting Wundig Wer Wilura In Concert – TICKETS HERE
Saturday 21 September at 6.30pm at The Rookery
Sunday 22 September at 6.30pm at The Rookery

Bring a picnic and sit in the ambience of the landscaped park. Feel free to bring your own chairs, rugs and cushions.
